Brief Answer:
Needs lifestyle changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical reports and the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that yes your HbA1c levels are in prediabetic state and if you have a family history of diabetes then you should start considering healthy lifestyle modifications.

These healthy lifestyle modifications will also help you achieve desired cholesterol levels which in your case is slightly arranged and can well be taken care with the help of healthy diet and exercise. Rest there is nothing significant to be concerned for.

Healthy lifestyle modifications include 45 minutes of daily exercise for at least five days in a week healthy diet which should include high protein and low carbs and sugars no junk no smoking plenty of water less of caffeine intake.

Follow this routine strictly for at least two months and there will be a noticeable difference.

Kind Regards
