Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Vitamin D is low hence your Doctor will surely prescribe you the proper doses.
Since you have already consulted a Doctor please let me know which medicines have been prescribed and that you are taking.
You can surely apply Rubefacient liniments available at Medical shops that gives warmth and muscle relaxation on applying to the skin over painful areas.
You have to loose weight to get optimal weight to avoid these type of pain in future.
Exercises helps a lot to have relaxed muscles.
You are on Telma and I hope you are not on any blood thinners ( you have to be careful and avoid some medicines if you are on blood thinners)
Correction of Vitamin D helps in some patients well.
Please give feedback.
What liniments to use. Low vitamin caises any serious illness? So can i consider these pains are not related to kidney or liver? I am so worried.
Current d vitamin reading is 23.3 as attached.
Please
As detailed
Detailed Answer:
Liniment: Medical store owner will tell you the best available with him like Esgipyrin instagel to be applied locally over painful area.
If Ibuprofen/Brufen suits you and if you are not on any blood thinners then you can take this is anti-inflammatory with painkiller properties.
Vitamin D of 23.3 is not very low hence not to worry. Exposure of skin to early morning sun helps a lot to recover.
Vitamin D supplements can be taken and need a valid prescription of your Doctor.
Pains related to kidney or liver are typical and not of the type you explained.
I hope this answer helps you.
Take care.
Can you suggest d vitamin tablets?
Needs a valid prescription for proper doses.
Detailed Answer:
Better to get a prescription from your Local Doctor as this needs proper doses depending upon your clinical condition and review Vitamin D report after one month to see whether you need further doses and the frequency of doses,
