Question: Hi Sir, During motion, a bulge is coming out and then I have to push it back after the motion. No pain during motion. No blood during motion. I have to get more information on this and the treatment. Is it piles or any other. Sometimes Pain is there above the hip back side..like muscle pain. in the initial stage the bulge was very small.. and I feel it's getting increase in size. I have consulted Dr and he adviced it's small piles and no operation needed. Had tablet but I didn't feel any difference. A pic attached taken today. Please advise. thanks XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
It could be Pile or polyp.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description,it could be a Pile.
The picture has to be attached in Reports section.I am unable to see the picture.
There are 4 grades in Piles.A pile mass which comes out during passing stool and has to be reduced manually comes under 3 Rd Grade. For Grade3 & 4, Surgery is the best option.
Take high fiber diet.Drink plenty of liquids and eat fresh fruits and vegetables.Your stool should be soft.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
The procedure is simple and can be done under Local anaesthesia or Spinal Anaesthesia.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
