But now my skin shade has become bit darker with black spots at some places, it has developed pores as well that are easily visible. Can you please write me a good prescription that can help in improve the overall texture and get the fair and healthy skin again. Please note: Since last 1 month i have started taking vitamin C supplement 1000mg since I don't like to eat citrus fruits.

Brief Answer:
Use Kojic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
The spots on your face are superficial pigmentation probably due to acne.
you can use a mild skin lightening cream like kojic acid daily in night and a sunscreen with spf 30 or above in morning.
Also use an exfoliating face wash like salicylic acid face wash twice daily to keep your face dry.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any doubts.
Thank you.
