Question : Hi Sir , Mu kid age is 21 months and 10 kg weight , he is having vomating . Could you please suggest the dosage.

Give Ondansetron

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

If he does not have any other symptoms, we need not worry. You can give him Ondansetron suspension(2mg/5ml) 5ml 3 times daily for 2-3 days. Wait for 1 hour before trying anything orally after the drug. Give feeds in small frequent amounts. This will improve retention.

If vomiting persists even after 2 days or if he develops additional symptoms like fever, abdominal pain or loose stools, kindly get back to me. Otherwise, no worries.
