Question: Hi Sir,
My daughter is 2 months 25 days old. These days I am observing difference in her both eye sizes. Is there any problem with her eyes. Do I need to take her to opthomlgist or any other doctor for further examinations. I have attached her picture.

This is not congenital ptosis.
Please be rest assured.
When she is actively opening the eyes and seeing both the eye lids are in the same level.
Where as when she is sleeping - the right eye lid is half closed - which looks normal.
We need to worry about ptosis - only when there is drooping of eye lid when the eyes are actively opened.
