Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi Shrikant,
I have gone through your query and seen the reports/images attached.
I understand your concern...

The report says the left kidney is absent and the right kidney is normal with good function. The condition is called unilateral renal agenesis. Since the opposite kidney is absolutely normal, we can expect a normal renal function life long.

It is better to avoid contact sports(like football, hockey, kabaddi, boxing) in such children to avoid accidental trauma to the only functioning kidney. Also, avoid over the counter use of drugs(especially analgesics of NSAID class) including indigenous drugs.

If not already done, it is better to evaluate for any co-existing anomalies of other organs like the heart. Occasionally this condition is associated with anomalies of limbs, genitals, bowel, or heart.

It is recommended to get an ECHO test, a whole-body x-ray and an ultrasound abdomen(which might have already done). You can discuss this with your doctor.

I hope this answer will help
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help...
