Brief Answer:
Looks like recovering viral illness
Detailed Answer:
I understand your concern.
I think from what you describe I feel that this could be recovering viral illness.
But as her urine output is good - I do not think there is anything for you to worry about.
I think she will take 2 - 3 weeks to completely recovery pleases.
Best regards - Dr Sumanth Amperayani

Thanks for your reply sir..
But she is hardly taking only 2-3 mins feed for 3-4 hours gap.
And while feeding She s getting irritated And pushing herself upwards my lap.
Her weight gain also is very slow
Birth weight: 2.75 kg
Weight in 1st month : 3.7 kg
Weight in 2nd month(before fever): 4.2kg
Weight post fever: 4 kg
She s not at all hungry and I am very much worried about her weight gain too along with feeding intake. Please suggest
Thanks,
Priyanka

Brief Answer:
In fever and recovery intake will be less
Detailed Answer:
During fever and convalescence period usually intake will be less.
I suggest you wait for a week and if still no weight gain and the increased urination is persisting, thrm get her examined by her pediatrician please.
I think in all probabilities she will improve.

Brief Answer:
Any infant milk formula is the same
Detailed Answer:
Hi... any infant milk substitute will be the same.
As far as energy requirements is concerned everything is same.
Bottle feeding should definitely be avoided.
You need to give by either spoon or paladey.
