Question: Hi
So I’ve had a problem for awhile now, I have little white Dots on the outside of the vagina (flaps) and on my lips they don’t blister or cause any discomfort, I also have white thick discharge, at first I thought I had contracted herpies but they don’t turn into blisters, my lips look like fordyce spots, ones on my flaps looks like thrush but I’m not itchy or red

Brief Answer:
Thrush and fordyce spots possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Taking count that the spots don't itch or are not blisters that burst they can be fordyce spots.
If possible you can send me a photo in order that I can give you a better opinion.
If you are having fordyce spots this is not dangerous, they are not harmless enlarged oil glands .
The whitish cottage cheese discharge may be thrush or yeast infection. You can do a vaginal smear to verify it.
Taking clotrimazole ointment intravaginally for three days is needed to treat it .

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots seen, nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
I see the photos you attached and the opening of vagina is full of small spots and they look like fordyce spots.
This is not something to worry about and doesn't mean it is a pathology.

Brief Answer:
It can be thrush.

Detailed Answer:
As I mentioned before the white discharge may be related to yeast infection or thrush.
It is a fungal infection and taking antifungal cream such clotrimazole intravaginally for three nights is useful to clear it.
You can find it over the counter in pharmacy.
