Hi,

I have gone through your query and also seen the pictures who sent the woman looks very much deep so there may be chances of superficial bacterial infection or due to inflammation there is presence of fever as you said.
second thing as he vomited that could be due to drugs which causing gastritis leading to vomiting or it could be due to stress induced vomiting.
so these things are not for any cause of concern.
Matthias cause of concern could be if there are any presence of hydrophobia means fear from water or any abnormal behaviour.
I hope patient is on some type of antibiotic as the wound is quite deep patient should take some antibiotic visit your nearest doctor for some dose of antibiotic.
last as you said does he need any further test...that my answer is there are no such tests available as he has started immunoglobulin and rabies vaccine at the earliest the chances of developing these are minimal but in some cases even after starting vaccines at time patients may develop rabies no one can guarantee 100% prevention with vaccination. so hope for the best and make sure that patient is on some kind of antibiotics and antacids.
I hope your query got answered.

Thanks Dr..
1. He had vomited yesterday 7.30 PM & mid night (Bright Yellowish Liquid) like (Image attached). but from today morning till now, no vomit...
2. But have some temperature around 101.7 F & he is not able to take food properly.
3. Also there are 6 sutures done in wounded area. so he is not able to walk properly. (Wound pictures attached)
Is this normal (or) any side effects of Vaccine..? do we need to take any Rabbis test further?
