I have evaluated your 46 pages report attachment very thoroughly.

* As per my clinical experience, very minor border line changes involving AST , ALT ,
MCHC , RDW and Bilirubin levels are of not clinical relevance if there are no symptoms
at present.

* The low levels of Vitamin D is a bit concern even though there are no clinical
symptoms.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query more precisely.

1. What complains do you have at present if any ?
2. Any bone pain, weakness on exertion felt ?
3. Do you have sun exposure during the day or not ?
4. Any medications at present ?

No complaints, Just wanted a review of the report and make sure if i need to take care of something in particular

2. Any bone pain, weakness on exertion felt ?
no bone pain. But feel a little exhausted after work in the evening. Not sure if this is due ot no regular exercise

3. Do you have sun exposure during the day or not ?
Only during cab journey and weekends

4. Any medications at present ?
No medications

Thanks for the details.

* As there are no symptoms , no active medical management is required at present in
terms of medications.

Need particular emphasis as below

- Regular exercises including deep breathing and YOGA.
- Balanced nutritious diet.
- Early sun light exposure in morning if possible for about 5-10 minutes to boost the
natural vitamin D synthesis by the body.
- Control of body weight.
- Repeat vitamin D level check up after 1 month.
