Dear XXXXXXX
Your symptoms are not typical of any cardiac issues.
In fact this kind of pain is very suggestive of local inflammation or a musculoskeletal pain.
So, there is no reason to panic. If the pain persists, I would recommend taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
Try to use your fingers straight, for a breast massage, in order to exclude any bumps in the breast, which may need further investigations (breast ultrasound or mammogram).
Do you see any skin changes ( redness, retraction, bumps) in the breast skin?
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri

That is right. You have had such ECG changes for a long time before and have performed all cardiac tests to exclude a cardiac issue and these tests have resulted normal.
That is why, I don't think that these ECG changes are anything serious.
Is the pain relieved by ibuprofen? This would be another argument in favor of a musculo-skeletal pain and would help exclude a cardiac issue.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

There are many causes that may lead to slight ST depression such as:
- strain pattern, in case of left ventricle hypertrophy
- microvascular dysfunction in the absence of coronary artery disease
- electrolyte imbalance (low potassium or low magnesium), etc..
Anyway, I don't think that this is anything serious. Regarding anxiety, it can lead to tachycardia and mimic chest pain.
If Tylenol helps improve your situation, this would be indicative of a musculo-skeletal pain.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
