Question: Hi. When I measure my blood pressure sitting in my recliner my average measurement is 129/85. If I sit in a straight back chair my average is 139/89. A fairly big difference. Taken multiple measurements over several days. Obviously the higher measurement is concerning but I prefer to stay off meds. I’m 64. 6 feet and 235 pounds
