When tested Babinski reflex in my right foot the big toe and other toes bend down but there is no response in my left foot - Toes does not move at all. Is it normal?

I have noted your clinical details. Inability to elicit a plantar reflex could be a normal variation. Moreover, the plantar response on the right side is normal.
An extensor plantar reflex (called as Babinski's sign) is always abnormal. This is often caused by disease in spinal cord or brain. In these cases, the muscle tone on affected side would be increased (called as spasticity) and the knee jerk/ankle jerk would be exaggerated.
