Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that the symptoms which you are telling could be because of low blood sugar or fall in BP . It’s good to know that you are maintaining healthy lifestyle.

I would like to suggest you to get following tests done

1. Complete blood count
2. Ecg
3. Blood sugar levels
4. Echocardiogram

It’s important to get the following tests done in order to understand or to rule out any underlying deficiency or cardiac abnormality which could be the reason of this sudden weakness.

Also I would like to know if you have any other medical issues like diabetes or hypertension or if you are on some meds before?

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
If stress echo has already been done and was normal just 6 months back then it’s pretty fine and the chances of having any underlying coronary artery disease is very minimal.

The episode or event which you had was probably because of early morning blood pressure variation and nothing more. So there is nothing to worry for now but if that happen again then we need to get some tests done like ambulatory bp monitoring as well as Holter monitoring.

Kind Regards
