I passed carefully through your question and would explain that the main adverse effect from an extra dose is low blood pressure.
So, if you experience low blood pressure values, I would recommend taking plenty of water or rehydration solutions with electrolytes.
If your blood pressure doesn't drop too much, and you will not feel lightheaded, I would recommend taking the next dose as usual in the evening.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
