Hi, Along With The Symptoms I Included In The Symptom

Question: Hi, along with the symptoms I included in the symptom checker, I’d like to note that the discolored skin patched I mentioned are more like yellowish bruising on my chest.

In case you can’t view the symptom checker data:
- bruising like coloration on breast that doesn’t go away. Breasts are also itchy and sometimes sore. Warmer to the touch.
- lethargy
- night sweats
- enlarged lymph node on left armpit
- enlarged lymph node with possible boil/infection on right side of groin / inner thigh. goes away and comes back in cycles. Might not actually be infected, might just be that it enlarges and subsides in cycles. Unsure.
- changes in bowel movements

Any idea what this could be?

Brief Answer:
Eczema and infection too can be possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I can advice you to send me a photo of the skin patches you are having on reports for me in order that I can evaluate it better.
O can say that you can be suffering from eczema on chest and groim. The groin skin can be infected with a chronic infection and the culture of the material taken from it should be done. The antibiograme will find the right antibiotic that can be used to fight it.
Hope I have answered the question.

Would eczema also explain the swelling of my lymph node?

Brief Answer:
Biopsy may be required also.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again .
Eczema can't explain the swelling of lymph nodes but overinfection of eczema can explain it. Also biopsy of the lesions may be required to determine exactly the type of the disease.

Brief Answer:
Physical activity can improve bowel movement and sleeping.

Detailed Answer:
Lethargy and lack of physical activity and exercising can't help bowel movement.
If you increase physical activity you will have more normal bowel movement also sleeping will be improved.
