Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your cardiac history and the current cardiac medication Viagra is not recommended for you as that can lead to sudden Hypotension thereby causing complications.

It’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done to find the pumping capacity status of your heart. Also in this age group the current anti hypertensives which you are taking also affects erection up to some extent.

So it’s highly advisable that you should personally consult a urologist for proper evaluation and treatment advice.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
