Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the reports of your blood tests your fasting blood sugar is higher than normal and needs further evaluation .
The raised creatinine may be due to early Renal Paranchymal disease and needs further investigations .
Please consult qualified Nephrologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to know the precise nature of renal pathology .
1) Urine culture and estimation of protein excreted in 24 hours urine sample .
2) Renal Function tests
3) Post postprandial blood sugar and HbA1C levels .
4) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for follow up .
Since your fasting sugar level is marginally higher than normal level it can be controlled with dietary measures and regular exercise however need for any medication will be decided on Postprandial ( 2 hours after lunch ) sugar and HbA1C level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for uploading the reports which reveal normal renal function .The blood sugar both fasting and postprandial suggest beginning of type 2 Diabetes.
At present I would suggest not to take any medicine but to modify your life style in terms of dietary restriction of carbohydrate ,sugar etc ,Doing moderate exercise early morning for 45 minutes and walking 4-5 kms daily will keep you healthy and to keep your diabetes under control.
As regards kidney issue your Creatinine levels are well within normal range and need not worry about .
Thanks and Regards.

Could be due to UTI
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
Trace of protein in urine with normal Renal function results is of little significance ,It could be due to UTI or excess of proteins in diet .
Get Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen done and upload report
Take Nitrofurantoin for 10 days and repeat urine analysis .
Thanks and Regards.
