Brief Answer:
Ultrasound report explained.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The ultrasound report shows
1. Diffuse hepatic steatosis means fatty liver, increased fat consistency in liver.
There is also a zone with less clear image (probably fat, or injury, fluid ) 1.5 cm at gallbladder fossa.
2. Mild widening (delation) of renal pelvis. Probably congenital.
3. Cysts in both kidneys.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
