The MRI is explained below in detail.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I already reviewed the attached report.
The result are related to a spinal syringx at c6 level.
A syrinx is a fluid filled cavity within the spinal cord.
It can be caused by junction abnormalities, spinal cord trauma, and spinal cord tumors.
They result from the obstruction of the spinal flow.
In your report the syrinx is at C6 level, which is at the junction of the larynx and trachea.

hi, I went to my neurosurgeon today and asked about my full spinal. he basicslly focused on the spinal chord saying it was fine, the cyst hadn't changed, which is wonderful news however, when he asked me how i was feeling and I told him still the same symptoms (numbness, burning, tingling and some urinary symptoms) he basically said "moving on" and then asked him about the disc that was fused together and he said "oh you picked that up your better than me," i said sorry I just wanted to ask (wasn't sure how to take that) he didnt even elaborate on the Haemangiomas in t5 at all. I feel like I just wasted $160 for him to tell me its fine.. should I tell my family doctor how it went? should i be referred to a rheumatologist instead? Im tired of wasting money.
Brief Answer:
Follow up with your family doctor and a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi aging dear,
I am sorry to hear that the neurosurgeon was not so helpful.
I suggest you to follow up with your family doctor about this medical condition.
I also suggest to take a second opinion from a neurologist and a physiotherapist.
The rheumatologist is not specified for your condition, so I would not suggest the consultation with a rheumatologist.
Wishing you a good health.
Kind regards!
