Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to the heart.

In my opinion, your symptoms are suggestive of a musculo-skeletal pain, especially considering the fact that getting up and walking improved your situation. This would not happen in case of a cardiac disorder.

From the other hand, acid reflux can not be excluded either, considering the fact that you were eating when all this happened.

But, there is no reason to worry about your heart.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any other questions whenever you need!

Wishing all the best,

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

It does not seem to be related to the heart.

In my opinion, it is probably related to local inflammation of temporo-mandibulary joint (TMJ).

Nothing to worry about! Fibromyalgia can mimic this clinical situation too!

Hope to have been helpful!

Let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,

I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

It I'd true that Advil may cause such adverse effects.

But it Ok to take it occasionally in your clinical situation , because it has a good action against inflammation ( while tylenol is just used for pain and fever and has no effects on inflammation).

In case upset stomach, an antacid or PPI can help.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
