Question: Hi doc, I am the guy with the penile injury. I have been using this medicines, Biocine 500mg, Mycoten cream, and kotase. The swelling increased. And I noticed pimple like boils on my arms, shoulder, stomach legs.

HI.
Thanks for your query again.
Biocin is an antibiotic, Mycoten is antifungal and Kotase is for inflammation.
If there is development of boils on arms, shoulder and other parts also then I would advise you the following:
Please post photos, clear and focused.
Consult a Dermatologist.for second opinion as this may have a specific diagnosis, change of antibiotic and necessary investigations:
Tests of Blood: CBC, HbA1c. Blood sugars at fasting, after lunch and Random, and all relevant tests.
Pus for gram staining, culture and sensitivity.
Any other specific tests as per opinion of a Dermatologist.

Please get these done and give follow up.
Awaiting for photos of boils on penis and other parts of body.

Thanks for the photos.
The skin lesion as seen in photos indicate that other specific diagnosis like Pemphigous or lichen should be ruled out by an expert opinion of a Dermatologist and by biopsy if advised so.
Till then stop Mycoten application.
Povidone Iodine is better.

I noticed the swelling increases and itching increases after applying mycoten. My doctor recommended Betamethasone but I will book an appointment with a dermatologist tomorrow hopefully

Please let me know Dermatologist's diagnosis.
Do not apply Betamethosone at the moment that is till seen by a Dermatologist. This is so as visual examination is a main part of a Dermatologist.
Please continue Kotase.
Also start taking Multivitamins, mineral, trace elements with Lycopene as these helps in recovery, good healing and strength to the healed wounds.

You were right about Lichen Doc.
Had a dermatologist check it out.
He recommended supplements like Revive active and Vitamin C 1000mg
He also said I should continue kotase.
What do you think DOC.
I just want this off my penis

good morning doc, so i didnt apply anything on the wound, just multi vitamins and kotase, the swelling reduced a bit, but my problem is that the wound gets too dry now and it hurts so much when its dry. do you suggest any ointment, just to handle the dryness. it hurts so bad when dry

In Nigeria, you should get the ointments I mentioned.
The wound is better.

The swelling underneath along with healing/fibrosis can make one feel firm to hard.

I can move the skin even when I get an erection. My penis feels relieved now. The vitamin supplements is really good, I feel more healthier taking them. Cant wait for the wound to heal. Will go to a more bigger pharmacy tomorrow

Wound looks better than before.
There is a ''healing edge'' at the skin level.
Cleaning the wound with liquid povidone iodine will help for control of infection and early healing.
Clean at least twice a week.
You can also dress the wound with sterile gauze soaked in Liquid Povidone Iodine and change twice daily.
Continue the medicines as advised.
Request for another course of an antibiotic.
