I have been with my partner since XXXXXXX 19. And had some sexual encounters, I wouldn’t say we are trying for a baby. But when we have sex I have ejaculated inside her maybe 4 to 5 times on a medium chance or even once on a high chance.
We do not have sex frequently maybe once every 2 weeks or once a week. But I have a bit of anxiety to what if I a fertility issue.
You hear story about one night stands. I just get scared I’m perfectly well.
I do worry as I have written in before. I have a spermaotcele and a slight hydrocele which the doctor on examination said had gone. I did have a infection of the prostate for many years but that has resolved.
I have done home tests which have given me different results. I am in a bad circle and mentally just constantly stressed about the same thing.
My head is constantly worrying about the same thing .

In ur clinic have you ever studied sperm count of individuals with a spermatocele and a hydrocele how sure are you that theee don’t effect fertility?
Also how does stress effect sperm. Is there any way of naturally increasing sperm count? Or does stress effect production? I have read online that you can get sperm healthy but can’t increase count is this true?
Also when I am having sex I do masterbate quite reg, don’t usually wait 2-3 days for count to get back to normal can this have a effect?

mr XXXXXXX the infection cleared up around 5 years ago. They gave me some ciprofloxacin tablets for around 2 months, I am confused as my CRP and ESR are normal. Are you trying to say that there is still possibility of infection?
If there is a residual infection will they give me a antibiotic? Can I just take any antibiotics as precaution which will help deal with this? I still may have some tablets please confirm
