Brief Answer:
Folliculitis possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached and I think you are having folliculitis or inflammation of the hair follicles.
I see that you have shaved the hair on that part of skin and it has probably been the cause of infection.
I can recommend you to wash it well with soap and water. You can apply any over the counter antibacterial cream.
I can suggest you to take an antibiotic and corticosteroid cream such gentamicine and dexamethazone to apply over it.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Which antibacterial creams are there?
Also Doc while I have you a couple of years ago I got diagnosed by a spermatocele and a mild hydrocele. Upon examination the doctor said the hydrocele had disappeared. So they say.
Do the following have any effect on the actual sperm count? My urologist said it was nothing to worry about

Brief Answer:
This will not affect sperm count.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
You can use gentamicine, bethametazon cream.
It doesn't affect hydrocele or spermatocele and it doesn't affect the sperm count.
I don't think this is something to worry about.
Hydrocele and spermatocele can dissappear on its own in some cases and they do not affect sperm count in most of cases. Also as your urologist says you don't have to worry about it I don't think this will affect sperm count.
