Question: Hi doctor,

I am a 25Year old Female
Mother of one young child , daughter aged 4.

Maybe one month ago I found out I am pregnant in early weeks.

I have been constipated due to fasting the month of Ramadan . I have noticed that after I go to the toilet my stool looks to have a clear or white jelly or mucus type of look around the outer stool.

Looks like a floating fuzziness around the stool
I went on google and it has told me mixed things that I’m very worried about.

I haven’t noticed this before in my stool. There is also no visible blood.

Only 1-2 weeks now I have been taking prenatal vitamins.

What can this be ?

Brief Answer:
Stool test to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
As per the details given by you some times wbc and proteins are there in your urine.
This is not a good sign.
Have you got your diabetes checked.
For stools for making any comment I would suggest you to go for a stool routine and microscopy test to rule out infection.
Any further suggestion could be given only after that.
So go for it.
Thanks.

Hi doctor, I have had a diabetes check via blood test Before I found out I was pregnant. WBC were only 2 in my last urine test.

Do you think it could be cancer? Or something serious

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
2wbc in urine means nothing.
Very likely I think it could be some infection of stool. Its not likely to be cancer or serious.
Stool test should be done.
Thanks
