Hi Doctor.. I Have Burning And Tingling Sensation In Palm

Question: Hi doctor.. I have burning and tingling sensation in palm and foot.. 2 months before I had 2 red bruises.. Then doctor asked to check blood test. We found out that I have low ferritin level(6.5). So taking Autrin and renerve plus for 2 months.. This month I have lymph in my ear gland and hair line. That was extremely painful. Then the pain stopped after 4 days..Daily i have heart burning and burps ..Burning sensation in hand and foot also not reduced.. What is the problem? Is B12 deficiency the problem? I have auto immune disease too(Alopecia) .. Tablets are enough?
