Why does one testicle hang lower
doctor

Brief Answer:
Kindly upload images of spots on palms and underarms

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.

It is part of normal anatomy to have left testicle hang at a slightly lower level than the right testicle. A slight difference in size of testicles is a normal variation too.
As far as the spots on your palms and underarms are concerned, I request you to kindly upload images in " Reports Section"

Hope to assist you further after I get images. Take care

Brief Answer:
Irritant dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have viewed the images. I can see scattered raised, red, bumps on arms and hands. Seems like a dermatitis, perhaps due to contact with the salt. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day. In addition I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion to calm down the rashes. Take care.

My final question is

Is it normal for the left testicle to be a little heavier then right
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Kakkar (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Regarding position of testicles

Detailed Answer:
hi.
yes, absolutely normal for the left testicle to be a little low placed than right due to slightly longer spermatic cord on the left side.
Take care
