Is there any chance?
Brief Answer:
There is absolutely no chance of HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service.
There is absolutely no chance of contracting HIV in your exposure because HIV is not transmitted through the food items so don't get worried or tensed. The ulcer in the mouth might be due to some other reason but not related to HIV so just calm down, forget the episode and live your life normally. For any further query feel free to ask me again.
Thank You

Brief Answer:
No chance of transmission of infection.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
There is no chance of transmission of infection through the exposure you had mentioned because the virus becomes inactive in an open environment outside the human body so be relaxed, forget the things and move on in life happily.
