Hi Doctor, I’m 27 And Have Been Having Inconsistent Erection

I’m 27 and have been having inconsistent erection issues since March of this year. It started one day where I was driving to work and felt a weird/numb sensation in my penile area and I automatically freaked out and thought I had Ed. I went to several doctors and for my hormones checked and everything came back fine. I’m having infrequent morning erections and when I am having morning erections I honestly have no idea if it would be considered rigid or not. When I masturbate sometimes I get good hard erectikns and other times okay erections. I haven’t had sex for the past 8 months but I did hook up with people and just got naked and made out with them and received oral and everything was fine for the most part. I sustained an erection the whole time when I am physically with somebody. When I masturbate my erections tend to go down if I am not horny or if I take a quick break to look for more stuff on the internet to masturbste to.
My doctors are all saying this is anxiety but I feel like it’s just a cop out. I don’t know why and how anxiety could even play a role in involuntary erectikns such as morning wood.
Is it likely a normal 27 year old would have organic ED with no cause? And also would it be possible that the ED was due to the phimosis I cured a week before having these symptoms? I had phimosis my whole life and in March I used a steroid cream to retract my foreskin and it worked. It’s still a little tight around my foreskin when I get an erecrikn. Is it possible that since the foreskin was too tight around my shaft during an erecrion that it caused internal injuries to my penile veins and arteries therefore causing inconsistent erectikns?
Not ED, possibly emotional issue.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think this is related to ED because you are usually having good erections and only when you are alone you have poor erections.
Morning erections are normal to happen because testosterone levels are higher in mornings.
I think you may be suffering from an emotional issue, possibly anxiety. When you are stressed and anxious you may experience poor erection. Also when you masturbate the emotions and libido are not so high then when you are in a relationship.
I believe a having a sweetheart with make you feel better, normal and as your old sefe.
Hope I have answered the question.

Is it not possible at all that the tight foreskin when I first retracted my foreskin caused internal penile damage? I know morning erections are normal but I am not getting them often anymore that's why I think this is more of a physical issue. Is it possible that my constant worry and thoughts about phimosis caused this? Other than that, I can't think of any emotional issue.
Is there a strong possibility of a venous leak? If my testoserone levels are normal then that means the only other phsical problem would be artery and vein problems inside the penis. There could be a blood flow issue?
Not much related to arteries and veins issues.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't believe phimosis may be the cause of your erection issues. It usually doesn't affect erection and doesn't cause internal damage.
I don't think this is related to vein and artery problems because they are usually found in older men. The diabetes and hypertension can cause damages in arteries and veins and as a result poor erection happens too. It is not much common at your age.
I believe it can be stress or emotional issue.
