Question: Hi doctor

I’m a 32 year old male 175cm tall and I weigh 76kg.
• None smoker & none drinker not even a coffee drinker
• my CBC, CRP, liver profile, kidney function are fine
• none anemic as a matter of fact my hemoglobin increased from 13.4 to 15.6
• I used to weigh 74 kilos now I’m 76

Health conditions:
Anxiety, Migraine , IBS and allergic rhinitis
Some food intolerances

Medication:
sertraline 100mg
Paracetamol 250 mg
Omperazole

Complain:
2 years ago I had an episode of acid reflux and was prescribed ppi and anti acid and diet adjustment and the heartburn and acid reflux was gone

Now 10 days ago had something more like a silent acid reflux without heartburn or pain
No weight loss no visual blood in the stool and no esophageal or stomach pain just mild acid reflux and IBS symptoms.

I’m H pylori positive and will take the medication.

QUESTION:
Given above all my case Could the coming back of the acid reflux thing can be cancer ? Without having visual blood in stool , plus I gained weight and very healthy hemoglobin, normal crp and CBC test.

Please help I don’t want to do an endoscopy now

Could this still be cancer ?

So my symptoms are not cancer ?
