Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello Vidhya,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern
This probably suggests a viral illness, and we need not worry much
You can continue giving 7ml of Fevago suspension(Paracetamol 250mg/5ml) every 6 hours for next 48 hours. We can repeat after 4 hours if needed, but do not give more than 4 times a day.
Give Meftal syrup(100mg/5ml) if fever is not coming down after 1 hour of Fevago- maximum 3 times a day. But, for her weight, the dose is 9ml.
As the vomiting occurred 30 minutes after Meftal, no need to repeat, as most of the medicine might have already absorbed; instead you can top up the remaining 3ml.
For vomiting, you can give Ondansetron syrup(2mg/5ml). Give 10ml 2-3 times daily for 2 days. Give this 1 hour before food.
Also, let her drink enough fluids, have a soft diet and take rest. She will be alright in 2-3 days; otherwise, we can evaluate further
I hope this answer will help
Let me know if I can assist you further

Brief Answer:
Give 10 ml vomikind 1 hour before food
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Welcome back
As fever is down, we need not worry
The present issue is contributed by two issues- anorexia and gastritis induced by the viral fever. This will take another 5-7 days to settle down completely.
No need to force feed her, instead give feeds in small amounts but frequently- this will reduce nausea. Encourage fluids like salted rice water or juices.
You can give her Ranitidine suspension (75mg/5ml) twice daily for 3 days to relieve gastritis. Also, give 10ml of vomikind 1 hour before food to prevent vomiting, as needed
Wishing for everything to be back to normal soon.
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help; otherwise you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

Brief Answer:
Both before food
Detailed Answer:
Hi Vidhya,
You can always clear your doubts and worries, nothing wrong there
Both Ranitidine and Vomikind can be given together about 1 hour before food. Vomikind, depending on the frequency of vomiting, you can give 2-3 times daily for 2-3 days.
If she is not too dull to be bedridden always, let’s not worry much. Just follow the diet and fluid advice given before. If no improvement in next 48 hours, or symptoms get aggravated despite all these measures, we can take her to a pediatrician nearby for a direct assessment
With the details received so far, I am not worried much as of now . Stay relaxed
I hope this answer will help
