There is no known chemoprophylaxis to prevent all STI/HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
Thanks for posting your query.
Your risk for HIV/STI depends on the sexual activity of the girl with whom you had anal sex.
Even though she was nonreactive for STI/HIV, she still could be in window period of HIV/Syphilis when you had sex with her.
If her last sexual activity before she had sex with you, was well before 3 months and 3 months before her last HIV test, then all her test results are almost reliable and you are safe. Otherwise it can not be predicted with these results.
STI/ HIV are many in number and caused by different variety of organisms like different bacteria, different virus, parasite, and fungus. In such a situation there is no known way to have prophylaxis for all these drugs after having sex. Some of viral diseases are still not having drugs to have a complete cure.
As you had sex with condom, and have the history of broken the risk is little low than that of bare exposure. Still there was a chance that girl could be free from any STD/HIV...
Then there is no question of risk for these diseases.
