Brief Answer:
Dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. From what I see on these labs and ultrasound, I would say the most likely explanation is dehydration, which is seen from the high blood counts on the CBC, as well as the high elecrolyte levels, high creatinine, and high protein. I see from 20/07 that the creatinine was 2.49, and on 22/07 it had improved to 1.71, so hopefully he was being treated and the other blood results are improving as well.

On ultrasound it is also noted that he has fatty liver, which would be unrelated to the other test results.

I hope that helps, if you would like to tell me more about your friend's situation, that may change my opinion and I may be able to give more input on specifically what is causing these results, just let me know.
