Something weird was happining for 1 month, let me give you overall idea.
Age - 34
height - 178.5 cm
weight - 99kg ( i have a big body as i work out and big muscles)
Not married.
From last 6 months no physical exercise due to lockdown, went through major business losses and stress.
My blood sugar was always in control till 2019,
As per routine checkup I went and found my sugar is very high and I was not aware of it. And also I had yeast infection in penis which is better now.
Do you think it%E2%80%99s momentary spike and can be reverted back or I am diabetic now.
Which I really feel strange to happen but still reports says it.
Please suggest me, i want to revert back my sugar

Sir, the reports only have urine sugar levels. For confirmation of diabetes, better you get Blood test - Oral glucose tolerance test and HbA1C tests, Fasting and post prandial sugars. If they are already done, please attach them. In the reports you sent, they are not present.
If those tests show high sugar levels, diabetes is confirmed. If the spike is because of stress and lack of exercise suddenly, there is a probability to reduce sugar levels to normal starting exercises and good diet control with less carbohydrate containing foods. If it is not reduced even then, you will be advised to start medication.

Do I need to take any medicine now wait for the glucose result to come.
As my Urine alb/cre ratio is also very high 45.4 Says as macroalbuminuria.
