Brief Answer:
Give Tab Emeset 4mg
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern
This might be beginning of a food poisoning or acute gastro enteritis.
You can give her Tab Emeset 4mg now. After this, wait for 1 hour before trying anything orally. You can continue the same drug every 8 hours for next 48 hours. She will be alright by then, hopefully.
If vomiting persists despite this, or if she develops fever/loose stools, kindly get back to me; otherwise nothing else is needed as of now
I hope this answer will help
Let me know if I can assist you further

Brief Answer:
Give ORS and probiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back
So as expected, this is a food poisoning.
But no worries, just give her enough fluids to avoid dehydration. The loose motion may progress for 3-5 days. Give fluids like ORS solution or salted rice water after each stools(around 350-400ml after each stools, in small sips). As mentioned early, it is better to continue Emeset for 48 hours to allow food and fluid retention.
Also, giving a probiotic can make the recovery faster. You can give ECONORM XXXXXXX twice daily for 5 days.
If the stools become blood stained or contains lot of mucus, or if she develops fever(1-2 spikes not an issue), we will need antibiotics too. You can give Paracetamol 500mg tablets for fever as needed. Lets hope for this to be settled in 3-5 days. Avoid giving fruits/juices until recovery, as these might exacerbate diarrhea.
Hope I have answered your query
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help
