When it’s not erect it’s fine, when I pull the foreskin back it’s a different shape of the vein, is this normal I’m guessing veins are a different size.

Brief Answer:
It is normal Not to be worried about

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.
It is normal to have a prominent vein on penis in some individyals. It is a dilated tributary of Lateral Superficial Vein of Penis which becomes prominent due increased blood flow to penis during erection.

There is nothing to be worried about.

Thanks and Regards

Hi doc

When I pull the foreskin back even when it is not erect the vein is there? I’m guessing this is fine as well.

Also I’m due to get married in nov and want to improve my sperms and motility can you please give me some detailed plan to do this.

I also had a spermatocele and a slight hydrocele in your experience does this interfere with sperm count or motility?

My past history of prostatitis which lasted several years when I had pain from ejaculation and a slight pain coming from my rectum has dissapeared with antibiotic help, it’s been 7 years since I have recovered.

The pain lasted several years but I didn’t go to a doctor which I regret, does anything like this effect fertility long term ? I have checked with several doctors and they have said it’s nothing to worry about, is the damage to the prostate or seminal vesicles worry about ?

The ejaculation comes out in a high volume what does this show to a qualified professional like you?

Brief Answer:
Follow the following regime to improve sperm quality

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow-up.

Prostatitis which has recovered will not affect your fertility.

Take high protein diet rich in Vitamins A, C, E and minerals like Zink
Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes daily.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
This helps to improve sperm count and quality of sperms

Spermatocele and mild Hydrocele will not have any negative effect on sperm count and fertility

Thanks and Regards
Dr. Patil
