Brief Answer:
fibroadenosis of breast most likely. need details further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* The most likely issue of both side breast pain is due to fibroadenosis of the breast from
hormone imbalance.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Pain is of which type ?
2. Associated issues of menstrual disturbances ?
3. Does she feel any abnormal swelling or lump inside the breast when palpate with
palm of her hands ?
4. History of recent delivery of baby if any ?

Till you revert back with details, she will get best relief with

- mild heated pad application for a period of 3-4 minutes.
- tablet ibuprofen (400 mg) after meals if no history of drug sensitivity.

Awaiting for your response.
Wish her fine recovery.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Abhas
Thanks for the details.

* More likely as fibroadenosis from hormone imbalance as stated in the previous talk.

* Additional guidelines for better recovery

- Allow her to consume more liquids.
- She should take diet with high fiber as green leafy veg, cereals, pulses, legumes, milk
as vitamin and fiber deficiency is proving a major factor in this.
- Give tablet ibuprofen ( 400 mg ) 3 times a day, tablet ranitidine ( 150 mg ) 2 times
a day after meals for best relief.
- She must avoid tight fitting bra.
- Warm heating pad application 5 minutes each 3 times a day.
- She should avoid stress and anxiety.

* Follow up after 48 hours for the progress of the condition or early as per the requirement
so that we can discuss out the possible need of ultrasound of the breast if any.

Wish her best recovery.
Take care.
