I am sorry for my late response.
I have seen carefully the pictures and I think that these are genital warts from HPV. You should meet an ID specialist or dermatologist to take a treatment for these warts.
I suggest to meet as well a gynecologist in order to do a Pap test.
Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
This means that this is not HPV.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
I am sorry for my late response.
I have seen carefully your pap smear result and this means that you don't have intraepithelial lesion and malignancy.
So, this means that this is not HPV but probably could be vestibular papillomatosis.
I suggest meeting a gynecologist to take treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
