Hello!

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to the heart.

It seems to be just acid reflux or indigestion.

I don't think it is related to the heart. So, try to relax and don't panic!

Omeprazole can help.

Regarding your heart rate fluctuations are quite normal during physical activity.

I recommend taking plenty of water and electrolytes in order to stay well hydrated, because dehydration may mimic this clinical situation.

Hope to have been helpful!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing a nice weekend,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
There is no need for any additional cardiac tests .

Detailed Answer:
Yes XXXXXXX

I don't think that this is related to your heart.

I think it may be related to your stomach and the fact that tums relieves your situation a little, indicates that it is just your stomach.

Maybe acid reflux or indigestion.

But nothing serious!

There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests!

It is important avoiding spicy foods and large meals. Try to eat more frequently and in small portions.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri
