Question: Hi dr.... severe itching from 3 days especially between chest to genital area...i haven't added anything new to my diet but dry fruits milk which am having from 15 days continuously....

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, having severe itching over body including genital area, it seems to be allergic reactions or fungal infection.

For that you can take tab. loratidine 10 mg once a day and can apply ointment containing combination of Clotrimazole and betamethasone three times a day. These medications should be available over the counter.

Please let me know do you have rashes, bumps or blisters, fever, dry skin, yellowish eyes or skin, decreased appetite, nausea?
Any history of allergy to any food or medications?

Along with that use loose cotton clothes, avoid any irritant substance like soap, perfumes. Maintain proper hygiene.

At present I don't think it may not be due to dry fruit milk.
