Question: Hi. good morning I am in pregabalin medication three times a day, Taking 100mg in the morning, in the afternoon taking
125mg and at night taking 100mg.Require an antidepressant medication for the nerve pain in my left nostril. Suffering from
Trigeminal Neuralgia.

i take 30mg of duloxetine my head spin feel very heavy. Cannot take duloxitine

Can i take Deanxit medicine will it help for nerve pain.
Deanxit is available in Singapore.

Deanxit will help in reducing anxiety which can lessen the pain. But it is not specifically used for nerve pain.
In this way deanxit can be helpful, if there is no other options available.

Venlafaxine can be helpful in nerve pain (prescription drug).

Can I take Bupropion for my nerve pain instead of Venlafaxine.
The Pregabalin I am taking is 75mg by Doctor Reddy's made in XXXXXXX
and 25mg by Alvogen made in XXXXXXX

In my opinion, venlafaxine, desvenlafaxine or duloxetine is recommended for nerve pain.
Bupropion is not be helpful for nerve pain in my experience.
Another option is milnacipran.
