Needs examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing the medical details and the symptoms provided by are you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to give you an honest opinion on this which is if the pain is severe you should seriously need to consult an ENT specialist personally so that he can examine your ear properly as such kind of heavy pains if left unattended can lead to permanent hearing damage.

The most common cause of such severe pain in the ear includes internal ear infection, infection of the ear drum, take accumulation of wax inside the year, foreign body, and sometimes tonsillitis.

The treatment should include proper examination and antibiotic therapy along with painkillers.

So it’s highly advisable that you should personally consult a doctor.

Hopefully this with guide you properly.

Kind Regards
