Brief Answer:
Please consult a gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Ask A Doctor. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

I have read your notes. You probably may have developed breast abscess I. e. infection in the breast. Another possibility is that the breast may be engorged with milk.
As it is important to evaluate for infection, please consult Gynecologist.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Ramadevi Wani
