Brief Answer:
Eczema, fungal infection, request you to upload photos
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing here and trusting us.
I am Dr.Joshi, Dermatologist... I understand your concern.
Foot lesions can be due to eczema, fungal infection, allergy to detergent, soap, etc.
A photograph of lesions will be helpful for diagnosis.
However, I am unable to see any images uploaded here yet, so I request you to upload images once more.
I hope we can continue our discussion in a better way once I get to review the photos in detail...
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Seems to be Plantar warts, multiple treatment options available
Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for the images.
As seen in images, the lesions are not of fungal infection.
They are known as plantar warts caused by papillomavirus as per my knowledge. Trauma to the skin is one of the commonest causes for penetration of virus in skin.
There are multiple treatment options available for this condition. Treatment is based on the principle of the burning of viral particles. This can be done by liquid nitrogen, electrocautery, lasers, etc. All these modalities give faster results. However, you need to consult a dermatologist for this.
If this is not possible at this time, I will advise you to apply a solution containing salicylic acid and lactic acid.
One such brand which I usually prescribe to my patients is salctin lotion. It needs to be applied at night. It is advisable to wash ur feet before application. You need to apply it on a daily basis till complete clearance of lesions.
It is advisable not to cut lesions with a blade or scissors to avoid secondary infection.
Tablets containing zinc and multivitamin helps in improving immunity and faster clearance of lesions. A prescription will be required for both above-mentioned things
I hope this will be helpful to you...Free feel to ask in case of any concern.
Thanks.
Take care
