Question: Hi, i am hanif 32 male , recently i have some kind of skin problem on my foot fingers and i dont know whats it. I thought its kind of fungus i used some cream but no effect. I would appreciate if you could help me because of corona i dont have access to doctors.

Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the attached photograph.

The lesion looks like evolving plantar warts.

As first-line management, you can apply over the counter available salicylate cream (duofilm is a popular brand) at the bedtime and apply a tight dressing over it. Around half of the patients shows good results with salicylate.

If there is no response or size is increasing, you have to go for cauterization or LASER therapy after consulting a dermatologist.

As of now no need to rush as it is a harmless condition.
