Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that the symptoms which you have detailed here points directly to words anxiety issues and nothing more.
I would like to know who prescribed you constant medication or you are taking by yourself.
However as you are experiencing irregular beats I would like to suggest you to get an echocardiogram and HOLTER monitoring done to rule out any underlying cardiac issues.
I hope this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards

Dear as all your previous tests were normal and also considering your quite young age group the possibility of having any major issues are quite low. You just need to relax because this is your stress and anxiety only which is creating this problem for you.
You have to take medicine for a longer time and also take counseling sessions with a psychologist. Also start doing yoga and meditation as that will surely benefit you in lowering your anxiety. Many of my patients are doing this and they are benefited.
Kind Regards

So i have asked this many times and many have suggested it as an anxiety..
This happened a year n a half ago . I was weak on legs, constant feeling of fainting, breathlessness, exhausted all the time no matter how much i rest ,constant feeling of this overwhelming fear even in normal conditions. Hands shivering., body feeling like shivering even in resting conditions. I hear my heart beat in my ears while resting only. My stomach keeps on pounding like heart.i do have poor eye sight i see blurry but i dont use specs.does eyesight result in these symptoms? For the last 3 months my head feels like its been pressured. All of sudden i hear a sudden beep in my ear and my body feels like closing out when it happens. I don’t have problems falling asleep.Fortunately i have never fainted. But this condition is really hard for a student like me living alone and studying. And the expenses for doctors are high.
So i have tried blood tests 2 times, ct scan, urine test, i have been taking medicines from mental doctor . Constant 0.4 mg everyday for 2 times.
So i would like to know what should i do not next as because of the language barrier here in japan m really scared if something bad is happening to me.
I do have also tried l theanine magnesium calcium multi vitamins tablets for a week though..after seeing they are nt working i quit taking them..
I feel tired and breathless simply by climbing some stairs. Even i run for 30 secs i have hard heartbeats. Like its going to explode.

Detailed Answer:
Yes a weak eyesight could be the underlying cause of feeling of pressure in your head, giddiness, blurry vision but it it cannot cause the other symptoms explained by you.
Again I would like to stress that the doctors have advised you rightly as all these are symptoms of panic episodes and you need the help of a psychologist with proper medications and behaviour therapies.
As you are living alone in a different country this can also aggravate your problems. I would like to suggest you to discuss your problem with your parents and you should come back to your home country for some time to get adequate treatment so that your problem will be permanently relieved.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards
