Question: Hi, i have Diarrhea from last 7 days and so my doctor suggested me to take AD 100 tablet and ZIFI ZO tablet and I have taken that 5 days but doesn't worked at all. Then my doctor advised to take ETERNOGERMINA 5ml twice a day for 5 days so from 2 days I'm taking and I feel little better but whole day I'm not going to toilet but next day morning when I go toilet I passed stool watery so I'm very upsate so please advise what to do?

Try following things
1. plenty of fluid and water intake to ensure adequate hydration
2. continue enterogermina twice a day
3. also take AD 100 twice a day for 3 to 4 more days.
4. take more curd, butter milk avoid milk milk products and outside / stale/stored food
5. try getting stool routine and occult blood test and stool modified ZN stain test done to look for odd parasites.
6. sometimes a course of nizonide helps to be taken after consulting your local doctor if no relief with above medications
