Question: Hi, i have a strange question. I have a white head like pimple on the shaft of my penis. Its tender to the touch but it popped during my shower. I wanted to know what it is.

Most likely it is a folliculitis- bacterial infection of the hair follicle. I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g mupirocin ointment or Neosporin ointment

What type of neosporin ointment do i use. And is it safe to place on it while it popped. And does it matter if it's placed on the middle of the shaft?
