Hi I Have Been Getting Uti For Last 2 Years.i

Please see detailed answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern. Here is my advice.
To treat UTI without antibiotics, drink lot of water or fluids. Maintain proper hygiene. Use syp. Disodium hydrogen citrate like syp. Alkarate two times a day.
As you are getting recurrent UTI, I think it should be evaluated to avoid recurrence.
For that I will suggest you to urine routine, culture urine culture and sensitivity and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. As renal or urinary bladder stone may also be the cause for recurrent UTI.
You can also use XXXXXXX A71 drops after homeopathic consultation. But root cause should be evaluated.
But Infective UTI is difficult to treat without antibiotics. If you have side effects of ofloxacin, you can use alternative medicine as per culture sensitivity report after physician consultation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.

Dr Shyam Kale.

Hello,
Thank you for reply.
If you are having side effects of tab. ofloxacin, then physician can prescribe alternative antibiotic based on culture sensitivity report as on that report there is list of antibiotics to which infective bacteria are susceptible.
Yes, homeopathic medicines are also effective, but it is important to find out root cause of recurrent UTI. Kindly take care of all measures as advised in previous answer.
